    2 smiles Get what you pay for.
    Went to Reno for air races. The Phoenix offered one of the lowest rates. have stayed there three times in the past. believe the 1st time it was called the Flamingo. the property has done nothing in addition gone down hill. The chairs in hotel room all had stains. Heard disturbances and fights outside of room. However, the employees were friendly & hopeful.

    Service was terrible everywhere, from front desk to restaurants to bars. would never stay there again.

    Currently the train noise is extrememly loud in any of the downtowon casinos, in addition after December it willgo away. the property help was great and friendly. The food at The Top restaraunt was excellent. Casino clean, fun and not too smokey.

    Because of previous comments, we were concerned about train noise, in addition it proved to be tolerable.
